    Frequently Asked Questions

    01

How many people are in a cohort?

To ensure we can provide a personalized experience, the cohort is limited to 10 participants.

    02

What are the program dates and other schedule information?

Cohorts are on-demand (although typically offered 2-4 times a year, and each cohort runs for a total of 8 weeks. Timing always shifts with participant schedules, but in general the weekly cohort sessions are on Sunday or Monday, and the individual 1:1 sessions on Friday or Saturday. Once we confirm the full cohort, we will land on specific session dates that work for everyone.

    What is the application process?

Once you complete a brief application form, we will reach out to arrange a brief discussion so we can get a good sense of your goals, explain the program in greater detail and ensure you have a good sense of what to expect. After being accepted into the program, all cohort members will convene online once before the program officially begins.

Who is the right fit for the cohort?

Your application process will tell us about what cohort you may most wish to join: The intermediate or advanced cohorts. Regardless of cohort, those chosen will be those who have a sincere desire to improve these skills. That may be someone who is already quite skilled and wants to take their skills to the next level, or it may be someone who has not had a chance to refine these skills over the years and wants to do so all at once, in a safe place.

    05

Who is the NOT the right fit for the cohort?

Anyone who feels their skills are already perfect, or who cannot be supportive to their fellow participants is probably not a right fit. Because participants will be building on existing skills, the program is also not the right fit for those with no public speaking experience or who are new to the working world.

    06

Will you be offering an in-person and/or a condensed version?

Perhaps! Because we've heard some demand for more retreat-style formats, the application form gives you a chance to ID a preference for this option.

    07

    Can men join a cohort?

We have run co-ed cohorts in the past and as long as all participants are okay with all genders participating, we will do it!

    08

Can I put together my own group for a cohort? What if I have fewer than 10 people?

The benefit of customizing all our content is we can indeed create custom cohorts!

Let's talk about what you need and how we can balance skill levels & learning goals.
